Tokyo will be Nadia’s first Olympic Games. She moved to Worcester, MA from Ghana when she was 12 years old and discovered the triple jump in seventh grade. She served as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Columbia University, during the 2015-2016 season before taking on an assistant coaching position at New York University. In April 2020, Nadia launched her own company, Axxelerate, which focuses on professional athlete career enrichment. Her surname is pronounced “EH-kay.”

Nadia did not achieve a mark in the qualifying round of the triple jump competition at the Tokyo Games and did not advance to the final.
