Tokyo will be Ashleigh’s second Olympics (2016 Rio, 2020 Tokyo). In Rio, she became the first African American woman in history to make the US Olympic Women’s Water Polo Team. A four-year letter winner at Ransom Everglades High School in Miami, Ashleigh competed on both the swimming and water polo teams. Her sister, Chelsea, also competed for Princeton’s water polo team.

Ashleigh, along with her fellow American teammates, secured the gold medal for the USA in women’s water polo at the Tokyo Games.
